All prices are per person per night including full Norfolk Farmhouse Breakfast. A supplemental charge of £2.50 per person will be made for single night occupancy. VAT is not applicable.
All rooms are equipped with tea and coffee making facilities and colour TV. WiFi Internet access is available in most parts of the house - no charge is made for this service, but it is subject to reasonable limits and we would invite your contribution to our favourite charity for the use of this facility.
Please note that smoking is not allowed anywhere in the house..
